EXECUTIVE PROTECTION AGENT RATES
EP Agent (Unarmed)
Hourly: $75 – $100 | Daily (10 hrs): $750 – $1,000
Trained close protection professional providing physical presence, advance work, route planning, and threat mitigation.
Unarmed detail suitable for low-to-moderate risk environments.
EP Agent (Armed)
Hourly: $100 – $150 | Daily (10 hrs): $1,000 – $1,500
Licensed, armed close protection agent with active carry permit. Suitable for elevated threat environments, high-profile
public appearances, and clients requiring a visible armed deterrent.
Lead Agent / Detail Leader
Hourly: $125 – $175 | Daily (10 hrs): $1,250 – $1,750
Senior EP professional who manages the protection detail, conducts advance operations, coordinates logistics, and
serves as the primary point of contact. Typically armed.
Advance Agent
Hourly: $100 – $150 | Daily (10 hrs): $1,000 – $1,500
Specialist who travels ahead of the principal to assess venues, hotels, routes, and threat conditions before arrival.
Delivers advance reports and coordinates with local security.
Driver / PPS Driver
Hourly: $65 – $95 | Daily (10 hrs): $650 – $950
Protective driving specialist trained in evasive and defensive driving techniques. Vetted, background-checked, and
briefed on client security protocols.
Female EP Agent
Hourly: $85 – $125 | Daily (10 hrs): $850 – $1,250
Specialized female close protection agent for principals requiring same-gender coverage, residential protection, family
protection details, or discreet low-profile environments.
Billing Notes
• Daily rate is based on a standard 10-hour shift. Hours beyond 10 are billed at the applicable overtime rate.
• Overtime rate: 1.5x the hourly rate for hours 10–14; 2x the hourly rate for hours beyond 14.
• Minimum engagement: 4-hour minimum per agent per shift.
• Travel time to and from assignment is billable at the standard hourly rate.
• Weekend and holiday surcharge: +15% on standard daily rates.

Single Agent Detail — Per Day

One EP agent (armed or unarmed) providing close protection for a single principal. Includes shift briefing, daily report,
and 24/7 coordinator contact.
Two-Agent Detail — Per Day
$1,500 – $3,000 / day
Two-agent rotation providing overlapping coverage and redundancy. Ideal for full-day public appearances, multi-venue
events, or higher-risk environments.
Full Protection Detail (3–5 Agents) — Per Day
$3,500 – $7,500 / day
Comprehensive detail with a lead agent, mobile agents, and a dedicated driver. Suitable for high-profile principals,
international travel, and extended exposure periods.
Residential Protection Detail — Per Day
$1,000 – $2,500 / day
Static and mobile coverage at the principal's residence. Includes perimeter monitoring, visitor screening, and family
member protection.
Family / Spouse Protection — Per Day
$750 – $1,250 / day
Dedicated agent assigned to a spouse, child, or family member traveling separately from the principal. Includes school
runs, errands, and social engagements.
WEEKLY & MONTHLY ENGAGEMENT RATES
Single Agent — Weekly Rate
$3,500 – $6,500 / week
5-day engagement with one EP agent. Discounted from daily rate for ongoing assignments. Includes daily shift reports
and weekly debrief.
Single Agent — Monthly Rate
$12,000 – $22,000 / month
Full-month dedicated agent assignment. Best value for clients requiring continuous protection coverage. Includes weekly
reports and monthly threat assessment.
Two-Agent Detail — Weekly Rate
$7,000 – $13,000 / week
Two-agent team on a 5-day weekly rotation. Provides consistent coverage with built-in redundancy.
Two-Agent Detail — Monthly Rate
$24,000 – $42,000 / month
Two dedicated agents for a full month. Recommended for principals with active public schedules or ongoing elevated
threat levels.
Full Detail (3–5 Agents) — Monthly Rate
$45,000 – $90,000 / month
Complete protection team for a full month. Includes lead agent, mobile agents, and driver. Customized shift schedules
and comprehensive monthly reporting.
TRAVEL & INTERNATIONAL PROTECTION RATES
Domestic Travel — Per Day (Agent)
$1,000 – $1,750 / day
EP agent accompanying principal on domestic travel. Includes airport coverage, ground transportation oversight, hotel
security, and daily advance work.
International Travel — Per Day (Agent)
$1,500 – $2,500 / day
EP agent on international assignment. Includes destination intelligence, vetted local coordination,
airport-to-hotel-to-venue coverage, and emergency extraction readiness.
High-Risk International — Per Day (Agent)
$2,500 – $4,500 / day
Armed agent deployment to conflict zones, high kidnapping risk regions, or politically unstable destinations. Includes
local security coordination and medical evacuation protocols.
Travel Expenses — Per Diem (Agent)
$150 – $350 / day
Covers agent meals, incidentals, and ground transportation during travel assignments. Flights and hotels billed at cost.
International Advance Trip — Per Day
$1,000 – $1,500 / day
Advance agent deployed to destination ahead of principal to assess all venues, routes, hotels, and threat conditions.
Delivers written advance report.
EVENT & APPEARANCE PROTECTION RATES
Single Event Coverage (4–8 hours)
$600 – $1,200
One EP agent providing close protection for a single event or public appearance. Includes pre-event advance, on-site
coverage, and secure departure.
Full-Day Event Coverage (up to 12 hours)
$1,200 – $2,000
One EP agent for an extended event day. Covers arrival, full event duration, and secure extraction. Ideal for galas,
conferences, or award shows.
Two-Agent Event Detail
$2,000 – $3,500
Two-agent team for larger public appearances, high-attendance events, or situations requiring layered coverage and a
dedicated driver.
Multi-Day Event / Conference
$900 – $1,500 / agent / day
EP coverage across multiple days for conferences, tours, or consecutive engagements. Priced per agent per day with
multi-day discount applied.
Red Carpet / High-Visibility Appearance
$1,500 – $3,000 day
Specialized coverage for press events, award shows, and red carpet appearances where crowd management and
media exposure require heightened close protection protocols.
SPECIALTY SERVICES & ADD-ONS
Threat Assessment & Intelligence Report
$1,500 – $3,500 day
Comprehensive written assessment of current threats against the principal, including online monitoring, known
adversaries, and situational risk scoring.
Motorcade / Multi-Vehicle Coordination
$2,500 – $6,000 day
Coordination of a protective motorcade with lead vehicle, principal vehicle, and follow car. Includes driver training
briefing and route planning.
Medical Support — Trained EMT/Medic On-Detail
$800 – $1,500 / day
Licensed EMT or tactical medic embedded within the protection detail for principals with medical needs or assignments
in remote/high-risk environments.
EP Coordination & Management Fee
$500 – $1,500 / day
Nine X management fee for sourcing, vetting, briefing, and overseeing the protection detail on the client's behalf.
Charged in addition to agent costs.
GENERAL TERMS & BILLING NOTES
• All rates listed are guidelines. Final pricing is confirmed following a needs assessment and consultation.
• A signed service agreement and deposit are required prior to deployment of any agent or detail.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of deployment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of deployment are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
• Agent travel (flights, hotels, rental vehicles) is billed at cost plus a 10% coordination fee.
• All agents deployed through Nine X Global Protection are vetted, background-checked, and professionally trained.
• Nine X does not directly employ armed agents in all jurisdictions — local licensing and compliance requirements apply.
• Invoices are issued weekly for ongoing engagements and due within 7 business days.
• Rush deployment (less than 24 hours notice) is subject to a 25% surcharge on all applicable rates.
• All client relationships and deployment details are strictly confidential.
